Privacy policy

We collect as little as we can and keep it in Switzerland. This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/nDSG).

Who is responsible

PulseBoard GmbH (in formation), Hardstrasse 201, 8005 Zürich. Questions about your data: use our contact form.

What we store

• Account: your name, email address and a bcrypt hash of your password. We never see or store the password itself.
• Workspace data: the metrics, activity, jobs and reports your team creates.
• Security: IP addresses of sign-in and sign-up attempts for up to 24 hours, to stop abuse.
• Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard access logs for a limited time.
• Contact form: your name, email and message, until your request is answered.

Cookies

One strictly necessary session cookie (pb_sess) keeps you signed in. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party scripts or fonts.

Where and how long

All data is stored with cyon GmbH in Switzerland. Activity is kept for 30 days, metric history for 8 days, finished jobs for 14 days and exports for 7 days. Nightly backups rotate over 7 days. When you ask us to delete your workspace, we delete it within 30 days, backups included.

Your rights

You can ask what we store about you, have it corrected or deleted, and export your workspace data as CSV at any time from the Jobs page.
